Transactional emails (sent to everyone who orders, because they're part of fulfilling your purchase):
- Order confirmations — a receipt after you place an order.
- Shipping notifications — tracking details when your package is on the way.
Marketing emails (sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time):
- Abandoned cart reminders — a note if you leave items in your cart.
- Promotional newsletters — new products, offers, and pet-care tips.
3. Your choices & unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails about orders you've placed.
